Do Not Give the Devil a Place | Stealing, Rotten Words, Gossip
Christian Life Lesson 20, Satan and Demons Part 5, with Pastor Billy Myron. Ephesians 4:27 forbids giving the devil a place. Stealing, a rotten word, spiritual laziness, gossip, and meddling in another person’s matters each open that place. The thief is to labor with his hands so he may share. Speech is to build up according to the need and give grace. Idleness learns to wander, talk what should not be spoken, and neglect one’s own work.

And let us consider one another in stirring up love and proper works, not forsaking the gathering of ourselves, just as is the habit of some, but encouraging, and so much more as we see the day approaching (Hebrews chapter 10:24–25).
