Revelation 12: Israel, the Dragon & War in Heaven
Revelation 11:18–12:12 examines the Great White Throne judgment of the unsaved according to works, the rewarding of Millennial prophets and saints, and the destruction of those who destroyed the land at the end of the Millennium. The Temple in heaven is opened as God deals with Israel and the Law during Jacob’s Trouble. Signs in heaven reveal the woman Israel in labor giving birth to the Messiah who is caught up to the throne, the dragon Satan casting down a third of the stars, and the mid-Tribulation war in which Michael casts Satan to the earth. The accuser is thrown down, salvation comes for Israel, the saints overcome by the blood of the Lamb, and woe is pronounced on the earth and sea.
