The timeline of events starting from Adam to the present time
Dating is derived from genealogies in Scripture. There are some variations in years—roughly 100 years—between notable chronologies due to ambiguity around the time of Adam’s creation. The dates given are based upon the chronology developed by Archbishop Ussher.
God renovated the earth in six days and rested on the seventh (Exodus 20:11). In 2 Peter 3:8, the Apostle uses figurative language to express how God perceives time: “One day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.” Using this figure of speech, and based on what is known of the timeline of humanity, we are approaching the sixth day—the final 1,000-year dispensation—approximately 6,029 years from creation, give or take a century. The timeline of the Church on earth, as revealed in Revelation 2–3, indicates that we are in the final period of the Church—the Laodicean assembly (Revelation 3:14–22).
This is not a declaration of when Christ will return or when the rapture will happen, but, rather, an observation based on the signs of the times and the prophetic patterns revealed in Scripture. We are always to be ready for the happy hope!
The Beginning of Creation
The creation of the spirit beings (Psalm 148:5).
Each spirit being is a unique creation.
The spirit beings were all created at one time.
There are three classes of spirit beings: Cherubim, Seraphim, Angels
Cherubim are the highest rank. Lucifer is the highest of the Cherubim (Ezekiel 28:14).
Seraphim—burning ones—are directly involved with the throne of God (Isaiah 6:2).
Angels are messengers, servants of God (Job 1:6).
They have ranks of authority.
Thrones, principalities, authorities, dominions, inherent abilities, world-rulers (Ephesians 1:21; 6:12; Colossians 1:16; 2:15)
The creation of the universe (Job 38:7).

He was the covering Cherub—over the universe (Ezekiel 28:14).
He was created mature (Ezekiel 28:15).
Lucifer’s fall (Ezekiel 28:15–17).
The third age—God demonstrates His omnipresence to the spirit beings, as the Holy Spirit broods over an earth in ruin to protect it due to the judgment that came upon Lucifer (Genesis 1:2).
Pride of his beauty caused his fall (Ezekiel 28:17).
He peddled his sin—independence from God (Ezekiel 28:16).
He sought to place his throne in the third heaven (Isaiah 14:13).
He desired to go beyond the clouds covering the third heaven (Isaiah 14:14).
One-third of the angels fell with him (Revelation 12:4).
Time did not yet exist; therefore, we have no chronological anchors.
